Capital Healthcare Associates is an integral part of your hearing conservation program for those employees who may be exposed to noise at or above the OSHA indicated Action Level (85 dB-A).

Initial and annual audiometric evaluation is an element of the program along with training, engineering or administrative controls, and personal protective equipment.

We will perform audiometric evaluations in accordance with OSHA standards. We will record results, calculate threshold and OSHA recordable shifts and inform employees of test results. We will also recommend medical referral according to criteria established by the American Academy of Otolaryngology.

We will also, upon request, analyze group audiologic data for evidence of trends that may suggest review or revision of your hearing conservation program.
